About Me
Spiritual Companion
  • My Psychological Background
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and continuously deepen my knowledge through advanced training — including personal and group therapy, as well as professional courses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), psychoanalysis, family constellations, and more. This journey helps me understand both myself and how others navigate life’s crises.
  • My Passion for Sanskrit
I studied Sanskrit at Samskrta Bharati and Vyoma Sanskrit Pathshala, and created the educational platform Tattva-jijñāsu with unique teaching materials. This includes YouTube videos, animated grammar and scripture lessons, and content in Russian, English, Sanskrit, and even Italian — all to make the wisdom of Sanskrit scriptures more accessible to a global audience.
  • My Journey in Philosophy and Religion
In my search for truth, I explored various faiths until I met my teachers. As a follower of Advaita Vedanta and the Direct Path, I’m deeply inspired by Swami Sarvapriyananda, Rupert Spira, Robert Adams, and others. The teaching "Die before you die" points to the transformative liberation from ego — the false self-identification — and is the key to living in daily harmony.
  • Why I Created This Space
Liberation from false identification unfolds through two paths: The path of Spirit (philosophy, spirituality), and The path of Soul (psychology, love). This synthesis inspired me to create not only Tattva-jijñāsu, but also Spiritual Companion — a space where philosophy meets psychology, knowledge embraces love, Father Spirit meets Mother Nature, and Anima dances with Animus. My love for psychology, religion, mythology, and philosophy fuels this mission.
  • Volunteering
I’ve volunteered in education, teaching Indian sacred scriptures and building Tattva-jijñāsu — an online platform for studying Sanskrit, world religions, cosmology, hymns, and mantras. I’ve taught in Russian, English, and Sanskrit online, and in India, where I led psychological development programs for high school students.
Now, I volunteer weekly with WSCAH (West Side Campaign Against Hunger) in New York City.
  • Intercultural Approach
Having lived in Eastern, Western, and in-between cultures, I’ve studied diverse languages and mindsets.
I meet every person without prejudice — cultural, racial, gender, political, or otherwise. I ask the same respect in group sessions. In private sessions, we can explore any troubling topic — within the bounds of law (see guidelines).
  • The Unity of Philosophy and Psychology, Spirit and Soul
I study psychology, philosophy, religion, and mythology to understand myself through both psychological and spiritual practices. My focus lies at the intersection of spirituality and psychology — especially in interfaith dialogue, cross-cultural understanding, and the exploration of religion, philosophy, and myth. In psychology, this manifests as deep personal transformation through shadow awareness and conscious integration.
  • My Quest for Truth
I see the realization of Truth as a philosophical and spiritual journey — one that must be woven into daily life through both psychological and spiritual practice. My hope is to enhance the quality of life and inspire others to awaken to their True Self — may this awakening touch all beings, revealing the essence of who they are.
